Located on the lower level of the Guest House. There are two entrances, one from the front parking area and one from the Zen Garden / deck area. This spacious apartment offers a queen bed with en-suite bathroom with claw bath. An open kitchenette equipped with kitchen table that inter-leads to the lounge area. A guest bathroom and shower is off-suite to the lounge area which has been equipped with two 3/4 beds therefore 4 guests are able to share this unit as there is also additional cupboard space in the lounge area.

Monthly module rate from R12 980.00* for a couple R432.00 per day) and R14 980.00* for three guests (R490.00 per day!!)
R16 980.00 charged for full occupancy, excluding laundry services. We charge an additional R790.00 per per month for our laundry service which is inclusive of washing and ironing once a week, bedding and towels included. Own cleaning materials provided on our short term leases. When securing a 3 month lease with us we shall include our complimentary laundry service. The rooms are turned twice a week, with a laundry service arranged on a specific day.
